Terms of Service

Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Fearless mobile application and services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the Fearless application for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in the application
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You can create an account using either:

• Email and password authentication
• Apple Sign-In authentication

If you create an account with email and password, you are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. If you use Apple Sign-In, your account is secured through Apple's authentication system.

Service Features

The Service includes the following features:

• AI-powered coaching conversations using Anthropic Claude
• Personalized challenge generation and step creation
• Progress tracking and challenge management
• Subscription-based premium features managed through RevenueCat and Superwall

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
• Transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Impersonate or attempt to impersonate another user
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
• Attempt to reverse engineer or extract AI model responses for unauthorized use

Disclaimer

The materials on the Fearless application are provided on an 'as is' basis. Fearless makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Limitations

In no event shall Fearless or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Service, even if Fearless or a Fearless authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
